Kosherline Shipping and Returns

GROUND SHIPPING DELIVERY TIME: See the map, below, for approximate days for ground shipping delivery. Note that delivery days do not include weekends or holidays; for example, if an order arrives on Friday, 1 day delivery is Monday; if an order arrives on Saturday, Sunday or Monday, 1 day delivery is Tuesday):

Express Shipping: At the shopping cart page, provide recipient City, State and postal code to calculate express shipping. Note, you may not need express shipping. See map below for ground shipping times. Also note that delivery to Alaska and Hawaii require 2-day or next day air delivery.

SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES: Our official cutoff time for shipping same day is 2PM EST. However, we will make every effort to ship out your order later in the day, if we are able to do so. Note, during peak holiday seasons, your order may ship in 1-2 days. Please note that Fresh Fruit gifts ship via 2-day air on Mon, Tue, and Wed, only, but you pay ground shipping rate; if we receive your order after the cut-off on Wed, you will need to pay next day air rate for Friday delivery.

ADDRESS CORRECTION: We pass along to our customers an address correction surcharge of $12.00, which is assessed by United Parcel Service (UPS), if a recipient address is incomplete, e.g., incorrrect house number, apartment number, floor or suite.

 

Kosherline Return Policy

Unconditional Guarantee. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you or your recipients are not 100% satisfied, simply let us know and we’ll make it right! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone, email or regular mail.

We do not accept return of food gifts, given that we are not going to re-ship these food products.

For all other gifts, you must return your purchased item(s) within 15 days of the date of sale. Contact Kosherline for your return authorization. Do not mail your purchase to Kosherline without notifying us of your return. You are responsible for return shipping charges only, plus insurance to cover loss in transit. Your refund or credit will equal the purchase price, plus tax and delivery charges.
